Zagor works in 3 program areas: Program civil society development and inter-sector cooperation, Volunteer Program “VolontirAJMO” and Program “Youth Center“. Zagor lead a youth center, volunteer center and information center for young people and all interested citizens. We organize many activities, events, workshops, public actions and debates to strengthen the capacity of young people and to promote active citizenship. Also, Zagor have an active role in decision-making processes on regional level. Mission - activating, developing and using individual skills of young people in order to find new and effective solutions to social challenges. Developing cross-sectoral cooperation in order to strengthen the capacity of Association in the development of programs and projects and to create a better environment for civil society organizations. Strengthening civil society organizations in order to strengthen local communities. Activities: create, design and prepare materials for the voluntary actions, participation on the voluntary action and manifestation “Hrvatska volontira” (Croatia Volunteering), help with preparation of the support activities for local volunteers, implementation of workshops in a creative and interesting way, sharing their own volunteer experience and knowledge through participation in various activities, promote Volunteering Projects among young people in local community and so on, participation in interesting activities such as movie nights, game nights, intercultural nights, concerts and so on.

La cooperación La Buona Terra busca voluntarios europeo para su proyecto en Passignano sul Trasimenao, Itali duración: 15-10-2018 hasta 15-06-2019 contacto: sve@mojodecana.org The cooperative manages and hosts activities in “La Buona Terra”, the first educational farm in Italy with over 30 years experience in working with children, teenagers and adults of all ages. La Buona Terra is based in Passignano sul Trasimeno, near Lake Trasimeno, in the centre of Italy. It offers environmental education for groups of all ages, cooperatives, youth and private groups. Each year it hosts about 10,000 people mainly in spring, summer and autumn. Among these: Amnesty International, different associations (Joint, IDC, Kora, PECO…), summer camps for youngsters from abroad. Some do farm activities, others informal and non formal education activities, others are only given accommodation. The Buona Terra also hosts courses for adults about healthy and conscious nutrition as well as training courses on sustainable development. Finally, the farm is also a residence for horses and all activities related to the ordinary management of the farm. All the activities with plants and animals follow the values of organic farming and the respect of nature and its rhythm. Activities: The volunteers will support the staff members in the following tasks: Environmental sensitisation activities in the youth office of Perugia, the region’s capital Agriculture activities (olive picking, cheese making, taking care of the vegetable garden, of plants and of farm animals…) Educational activities with schools and kids in the farm: guided tours of the farm, workhops with children Creation of shared vegetables gardens in Norcia, one of the towns that was most heavily struck by the 2016 earthquake, and where the Cooperative is collaborating for the project “Europe for Norcia” Logistics (helping in the kitchen, events organisation…)

Voluntariado Europeo en Asociación Spin en Lisboa, Portugal duración 01-03-2019 hasta 30-11-2019 contacto: sve@mojodecana.org PROPOSED ACTIVITIES: The volunteers will participate in the activities of the European Programmes and Mobility Department, which include: – help in the logistical organization of Spin´s international projects (Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, Live it Lisbon! Summer Volunteer Programme, etc.); – administrative support to Spin´s sending activities (Portuguese EVS volunteers or groups of Portuguese participants in Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, etc.); – help the organization of and active participation in Information Sessions about Erasmus+ at the office, in schools, seminars and conferences in order to promote the program; – research and collecting information on international mobility opportunities for Spin´s monthly newsletter and Spin´s website, blog, Facebook and Twitter. In the Image and Communication Department, the volunteers will : – contribute to content creation (text, graphic and audio-visual) and regular updates of the blog, website, Facebook and Twitter pages; – prepare the monthly newsletter; – create brochures, posters, flyers and other promotional materials; – distribute flyers, brochures, posters and/or other promotional materials for youth related events in the neighborhood where the office is based, in the Carnide area and specifically in schools and universities of the Lisbon Metropolitan area; – document all Spin’s activities and disseminate the information. All volunteers will also support the management and staff of the SPIN Hostel (by hosting groups, answering to requests for information, cooking and cleaning together with international groups, arranging cultural activities with the groups staying in the Hostel, decorating the rooms, creating and maintaining communication regarding the Hostel, etc.).

Voluntariado Europeo con Minte Forte en Cluj-Napoca, Rumania duración: 01-10-2018 hasta 30-06-2019 contacto: sve@mojodecana.org Minte Forte is looking for a volunteer, with artistic skills, who wants to become facilitator of personal development through different arts, for children, young people and adults. The goal of the project is to combine arts and psychology in order to foster self-expression and personal development, for members of the local community in Cluj-Napoca and the EVS volunteers. The main task of the EVS volunteers will be to create and facilitate personal development workshops based on different arts (music, dance, painting, theater etc) and non-formal education methods, for the local community. The workshops will be organized in a school, a high school, a hospital, a social home center and other public places, for children, adolescents and adults. Profile of the volunteer: aged 17-30, fluent in English, artistic skills, empathetic, open-minded, cooperative, motivated to learn new things and gain new competencies. Knowledge or interest in psychology or other social fields are preferred, but strong motivation to learn more about this field can be enough. Servico Voluntario Europeo en Jugendwerk der AWO Württemberg en Stuttgart, Alemania duración: 01-04-2019 hasta 01-04-2020 contacto: sve@mojodecana.org The Jugendwerk der AWO Württemberg e.V. is a German non-profit EVS Sending and Hosting Organisation that is located in the very centre of Stuttgart, the capital of Baden-Württemberg, in Southern Germany. We offer two 12-month positions for EVS volunteers per year, on a 6-month rotating basis. As an EVS volunteer at Jugendwerk der AWO, you will get the opportunity to help with the organisation of youth camps (Freizeiten) and workshops for children and young people from Stuttgart and the surrounding area. You will be able to take part in training weekends and a First Aid Course with the aim of obtaining the JuLeiCa certificate . Completion of the JuLeiCa training will enable you to be a leader on the summer and winter camps, many of which are based in amazing destinations abroad (The Alps, Spain, Sweden, Corsica, Croatia...). A second key responsibility of an EVS volunteer at Jugendwerk der AWO is organising our intercultural project "Active Culture”. Stuttgart is a very multi-cultural city, with 40% of the population being of foreign background, and Jugendwerk is very keen to cater for this diverse international audience. “Active Culture” aims to give foreigners and locals alike the opportunity to meet each other and share experiences from different countries and cultures. It’s a very versatile project and there is always room for new ideas! As an EVS volunteer you will be responsible for organising these evenings every two weeks, advertising them, and generally making sure that everything runs smoothly.

Its members are children and teenagers, as well as, their youth representatives who are organized in more than 2.500 sporting-clubs. It counts more than 137 thousand members under the age of 27. It is the largest youth association in the state of Brandenburg. The project foresees to host 1 volunteer in the Organisation´s Department of International Cooperation for 12 months. The Department imparts knowledge about planning, organisation, implementation, finance possibilities and evaluation of international activities. Main tasks of the volunteer are to support the co-workers of the Department, get acquainted with sport structures and EU programs and funding in international youth work; support the planning, preparation and organisation of international projects; look after young people from abroad and international guests.

The target group of the Children’s Village are children and young people in a state of social need, who cannot live in their original family and are therefore sheltered in the Children’ s Village by the youth welfare. Due to the children’s socialization conditions which are unfavourable to the development of the personality they are disadvantaged in many fields, such as personal development, integration in the school, ability to take part in group activities etc. Around 40 children from 7-18 years coming from different provinces live in the Children's Village. The staff consists of professional workers such as for example e.g. psychologists, teachers, social workers, youth workers, etc. Activities: Basic requirement is the will of caring out activities with and for youngsters with a difficult family background. Volunteers should have an easy approach to children and young people and proof that they have neither fears nor prejudices in taking care of social disadvantaged people. Due to the particular situation of the Children’s Village, where in general the young people are cared for having economical, social and cultural problems, we are looking for a mature, responsible and tolerant volunteers. Volunteers who like to organise sportive and creative activities are highly welcome.

We are working on different kind of project along our main activities that are enviromental protection.We have project for for: tackling the poverty and unemployment, developing leadership skills and democracy among youth, environmental protection, organizing training, Workshops and camps and, finally, etworking with national and international organizations and networks. Activities: The main goal of the project is improving the knowledge of volunteerss and children in schools about environmental problems and how to deal with them. They will learn about the problems in nature, how humans destroy and pollute the nature and how less and less natural resources remain in the world. They will develop their creativity and ability to create new things of already used materials. This EVS will also help the volunteers to raise awareness among young people about how important it is to preserve the nature and to ensure that the waste is going to reach the right place.

Based in Montefeltro area in Marche region, it aims to create new job opportunities for young people by promoting services in the field of training, tourism and culture and by promoting the richness of the area at cultural and touristic level, working in collaboration with public bodies, local organizations and private sector. Since 2015 it is responsible of a youth center in the town of Belforte promoting local youth policies in a space dedicated to young people in collaboration with local municipality. Activities: The SHORT-TERM EVS will be involved in the after-school activities for local kids implemented at the beginning of the school year in the afternoon. The objective of the workshops is to entertain kids by creating learning opportunities through sport, music and through intercultural and linguistic activitie, especially thanks to the use of English.They will work both together, both in small group of 4 volunteers scheduling different working time. Moreover, they will be involved in the support of the implementation of several festivals that will happen in that area in autumn, that is the best period for it; in fact, during the first weekend of October there will be the mushroom festival, during the second the honey one, during the third the chestnut. November can be used to work on the implementation of the promotional video that the volunteers can shoot during the October festivals.

Our goal is to offer free time activities for people of all the age and social groups. Luzanky has existed for more than 65 years and it’s the oldest and also the biggest leisure time centre in the Czech Republic. Luzanky is formed by 11 centers situated in different parts of the city, mainly suburbs. We Offer about 600 courses and hobby groups for more than 11 000 participants every year. Our project "Labyrint" takes place close to Bohunice and Stary Liskovec districts of Brno. We are mainly focused on the art activities as theatre, video, dance, music and so on. We have a little theatre hall, gym, club and other spaces for our workshops. We cooperate with the students of pedagogy, theatre and music schools in Brno. We also organize some events like seminars, concerts, theatre plays and festivals. Activities: Role and participation of the volunteer in Labyrint: assist the pedagogues with leisure time activities for children, young people and adults: theatre, dance, video hobby groups, arts group (in the afternoons); assist with lessons of Drama Education for classes of primary and secondary schools (occasionally, in mornings); help with summer/ winter camps for children and youth; help with organization and realization of several-day workshops for children, theater, film, music and dance festivals; help with events for public community, in youth club, with promotion, maintenance of workplace etc.
